In 2009, CEO and President Warner McConaughey discovered his passion for the auction industry while working full-time in the garbage collection industry. Initially buying and reselling items from local auctions as a side venture, Warner's enthusiasm quickly grew. In 2013, he attended the Walton School of Auctioneering in Medina, Ohio, and embarked on a journey that would redefine his career.

After completing an apprenticeship under Auctioneer Chuck Smith in 2014, Warner established Auction Advantage Ohio LLC, offering online auction services. By 2018, his dream of a brick-and-mortar auction company became a reality with the opening of Creekside Auction Gallery in North Ridgeville, Ohio. In 2019, Warner earned his Ohio Real Estate Agent License, allowing him to provide comprehensive estate liquidation services. With continued growth and a revamped business model, Auctions Plus, Inc. was officially launched in 2021, cementing its reputation as a trusted partner for liquidation needs.
